My name is Kate Swanberg and I specialize in user acquisition and product engagement for web and mobile. Currently the Growth Product Manager at Tradeshift, a B2B Commerce Platform, I focus on user channels related to enterprise and small business innovations, first time user experience, owning all data contributed to MAUs (Engagement), monetization modeling, developer tools, all while growing and engaging our network. I'm like a growth marketer and product manager hybrid (and I love it).

Product Management
As a the Growth Product Manager for Tradeshift I have to be flexible and guide developers designers at various stages of product development processes from ideation and MVP(s) to iteration.
 
I have helped with the following:

  • Go-to-market strategies and helping find PMF
  • Landing, features, and subscription modeling, product engagement to revenue forecasting
  • User flows, wireframes, diagrams or technical visual explanations
